• You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.
Payment cannot be undone once made, however, in the event of any uncertainty, please contact our sales representatives before making any payment.
The reports being confidential and customized are not subject to refund after they have been dispatched.
However, post-dispatch, any refund/ additional requirement requests, can be discussed and decided at the sole discretion of EBI.
EBI does not accept any return of reports post-delivery.
